Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 30 August 2026
Last Updated: 30 August 2026

Thank you for playing Zen Word Wizard (“the Game”, “we”, “our”, “us”), published by Turbo Joy Studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, used, shared, and stored when you use the Game, including data collected automatically by third-party software development kits (SDKs) integrated into the Game.

1. Information We Collect

a. Account & Authentication Information

Sign-in uses OAuth-based single sign-on through Google Play Games Services and Google Firebase Authentication. When you sign in, we store:

The sign-in provider (Google) authenticates you and may make basic profile information available to the authentication service under Google’s own privacy policy. The Game itself does not collect, display, or store your name, email address, phone number, physical address, password, or any special-category (sensitive) personal information.

b. Gameplay & App Activity

The Game and its analytics SDK collect activity data needed for core functionality and to understand app performance, including:

c. Purchase History

If you make an in-app purchase, the Game receives purchase records (such as product IDs and transaction/receipt data) from Google Play Billing and Unity In-App Purchasing in order to validate the purchase and unlock the corresponding content. We do not receive or store your payment-card or bank details; payment is handled entirely by Google.

d. Advertising, Device & Technical Data

The Game displays advertising supplied through Unity LevelPlay / ironSource ad mediation and Unity Ads. To deliver and measure ads, and to detect fraud and invalid traffic, these advertising SDKs collect and transmit:

Google Analytics for Firebase, which is bundled with the Firebase SDK, also collects the Advertising ID, an app-instance identifier, approximate (IP-based) location and standard device/app information automatically.

e. Diagnostics & Crash Data

Our SDKs collect diagnostic and performance information — for example crash and exception events, load times, error states and SDK health — so that we can monitor stability and fix problems.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your data for developer marketing communications, and the Game does not send promotional push notifications based on your personal data.

3. Advertising

Ads shown in the Game may be personalised using the identifiers and data described in Section 1(d). You can limit this at any time on your device:

Resetting or deleting your Advertising ID limits ad personalisation but does not stop ads from being shown.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do, however, share certain data with the third-party service providers listed below, which process it under their own privacy policies. Advertising and ad-mediation partners act as independent controllers of the advertising data they receive.

Relevant provider policies:

We may also disclose data where required by law, regulation or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users or Turbo Joy Studio.

5. Data Retention

6. Data Security

All data transmitted off your device by the Game is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including restricted database access and secure authentication. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Account & Data Deletion

In-App Deletion

Open the Game, go to the side menu and choose “Delete Account”. This permanently deletes:

This action is irreversible.

Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the Game, email turbojoystudio@gmail.com with your in-game name or account identifier and we will process the deletion within 30 days.

What is Kept

A deletion request removes your account and server-side game progress. It does not control data already held by third-party providers (Google, Unity, ironSource), such as anonymised or aggregated analytics, advertising and fraud-prevention data, or purchase records we are legally required to keep. That data expires under those providers’ retention schedules described in Section 5.

9. Your Rights

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
